1. The associated elevator contractor and/or maintenance provider shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: (any associated
   costs for the following are not included in this quotation)

a. Securing cab for installation by shutting elevator down to engage rope grip and install rail bugs

b. Weighing cabs prior to commencement of any modernization (as required)

c. Adding weight to the car top (as required)

d. Adding weight to the counter weight (as required)

e. Removal, re-installation and adjustment of doors (as required)

f. Balancing & re-commissioning

g. Providing proper authorities (TSSA) with all necessary documentation and design submittals

h. Ensuring that all associated weights are acceptable

j. Scheduling for and completing all necessary testing and inspections with the proper authorities for the jurisdiction of installation

2. Any purchaser acting as a general contractor is responsible for ensuring that paragraph 1 is completed at the general contractor's sole expense
3. All materials slated for removal within ECR SOW is to be transported from site by ECR to appropriate facilities for disposal or recycling.
4. Please note: if this project requires extraordinary security measures, any additional costs incurred for specific safety courses, documentation, clearances and re-allocation of forces due to denial of access to site are not included in this quote.
5. This proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted within 30 days.
6. Payment Terms: 50% deposit with purchase order; 50% balance due before shipment/installation (unless otherwise agreed)
7. THIS QUOTE IS BASED ON STANDARD NORMAL WORKING HOURS, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.
8. A PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER IS REQUIRED BEFORE WORK CAN COMMENCE.
9. PLEASE NOTE OUR TERMS OF PAYMENT ARE PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR MATERIAL AND NET 30 DAYS. OVERDUE PAYMENTS WILL ATTRACT AN INTEREST CHARGE OF 2% PER MONTH CALCULATED DAILY UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
