MAD Elevator USA
Now Open in Dallas, Texas!
MAD Elevator is proud to announce the expansion of our operations into the United States with the opening of our manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas. The Dallas facility enhances our ability to meet customer needs with U.S.-based fulfillment, helping to streamline logistics, reduce lead times, and offer additional manufacturing capacity for elevator fixtures, ordering for the entire MAD product line, including supply-only cabs and shells, and local installation services in the Dallas area.
Why Choose MAD Elevator USA?
By establishing a dedicated U.S. facility, we eliminate common cross-border challenges such as customs delays, import fees, and regulatory hurdles. This means our U.S. customers can now source premium elevator solutions quickly, efficiently, and directly from an American manufacturer. Our Dallas facility is more than just a manufacturing hub—it’s a commitment to enhancing customer experience, improving response times, and strengthening partnerships with elevator professionals across the continent.

Committed to Excellence
At MAD Elevator USA, we bring the same trusted quality, innovation, and craftsmanship that have defined MAD Elevator for decades—now with the added convenience of a U.S.-based manufacturing facility.
The expansion provides customers enhanced flexibility to adjust for new orders as needed, helping to mitigate trade uncertainties at no extra cost. The U.S. facility is currently set up for manufacturing of elevator fixtures, local interior installations and as fulfillment center for MAD’s full product portfolio.
“With today’s evolving trade landscape, we’re excited to give our customers the flexibility to purchase from either our Canadian or U.S. manufacturing locations. This expansion means they can get the same high-quality products while reducing uncertainty, avoiding border-related risks, and improving fulfillment options.” - Steve Reich-Rohrwig, President of MAD Elevator Inc.
